Cheesy Gochujang Jowar Noodles

Time: 12 minutes | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Millet Me Jowar Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Millet Me Gochujang Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Millet Me Chilli Oil (optional for extra heat)
  • 2 slices processed cheese or a handful of grated mozzarella
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Toasted sesame seeds
  • Spring onions, finely chopped

Method:

  • Boil the jowar noodles for 4 to 5 minutes until just tender, then drain.
  • In a hot pan, warm the sesame oil, gochujang sauce and chilli oil for a minute until glossy and fragrant.
  • Toss in the noodles and coat every strand in that red, glossy sauce.
  • Lay the cheese on top, cover for 30 seconds, and let it melt into a proper cheese pull.
  • Finish with sesame seeds and greens. Serve hot — and film the cheese stretch, it's worth it.
