Cheesy Gochujang Jowar Noodles
Time: 12 minutes | Serves: 2
Ingredients:
- 1 pack Millet Me Jowar Noodles
- 2 tbsp Millet Me Gochujang Sauce
- 1 tbsp Millet Me Chilli Oil (optional for extra heat)
- 2 slices processed cheese or a handful of grated mozzarella
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Toasted sesame seeds
- Spring onions, finely chopped
Method:
- Boil the jowar noodles for 4 to 5 minutes until just tender, then drain.
- In a hot pan, warm the sesame oil, gochujang sauce and chilli oil for a minute until glossy and fragrant.
- Toss in the noodles and coat every strand in that red, glossy sauce.
- Lay the cheese on top, cover for 30 seconds, and let it melt into a proper cheese pull.
- Finish with sesame seeds and greens. Serve hot — and film the cheese stretch, it's worth it.
