NO RETURN POLICY (Food & Perishables)
At Kuizeens, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Due to the consumable nature of our products (Noodles, Snacks, Sauces, etc.), we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
DAMAGES & ISSUES (Replacement Guarantee)
However, we offer a 100% Replacement or Refund if:

Damage: The package arrived torn, crushed, or leaking.

Wrong Item: You received a product different from what you ordered.

Spoilage: The product was expired or spoiled upon delivery.

Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery. We will dispatch a fresh replacement free of cost within 24 hours of verification.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse. Once the tracking number is generated, the order cannot be cancelled.
In the event of a cancellation or refund, please note that a 2% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. This is a standard transaction charge and is non-refundable.
