Time: 10 min  |  Serves: 2  |  Mood: Spicy & bold

Sweet, spicy and impossibly moreish. Our best-selling Jowar (Sorghum) Noodles soak up bold Korean-style gochujang - no maida, all flavour.

You need:

  • 1 pack Millet Me Jowar Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Millet Me Gochujang Sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil, chopped veggies
  • Toasted sesame seeds to finish

Do this:

  1. Boil the noodles for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Toss the veggies in sesame oil on high heat for 2 minutes.
  3. Add noodles and gochujang sauce, toss to coat, and finish with sesame seeds.

2. Aglio Olio Foxtail Millet Pasta

Time: 12 min  |  Serves: 2  |  Mood: Classic Italian

You need:

  • 1 pack Millet Me Foxtail Millet Pasta
  • 3 tbsp Millet Me Aglio Olio Sauce
  • Chilli flakes and fresh herbs
  • Grated cheese (optional)

Do this:

  1. Boil the pasta for 8 to 9 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  2. Warm the Aglio Olio Sauce in a pan for a minute.
  3. Toss the pasta through, add chilli flakes and herbs, and serve hot.

3. Creamy Black Pepper Quinoa Noodles

Time: 12 min  |  Serves: 2  |  Mood: Rich & comforting

A protein-packed comfort bowl. Complete-protein Quinoa Noodles in a peppery, restaurant-style sauce.

You need:

  • 1 pack Millet Me Quinoa Noodles
  • 3 tbsp Millet Me Black Pepper Sauce
  • 2 tbsp curd or fresh cream
  • Chopped capsicum and carrot

Do this:

  1. Boil the noodles for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Warm the black pepper sauce with the curd until creamy.
  3. Toss in the noodles and veggies, coat well, and serve hot.

4. Chilli Oil Buckwheat Noodles

Time: 10 min  |  Serves: 2  |  Mood: Fiery & glossy

You need:

  • 1 pack Millet Me Buckwheat Noodles
  • 1.5 tbsp Millet Me Chilli Oil Sauce
  • A splash of soy sauce
  • Spring greens and sesame seeds

Do this:

  1. Boil the noodles for 4 to 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Toss with chilli oil sauce and a splash of soy.
  3. Top with greens and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

5. Loaded Beetroot Chips Chaat

Do this:

  2. Drizzle over the curd and both chutneys.
  3. Sprinkle chaat masala, coriander and pomegranate. Serve at once so they stay crisp.

6. Chocolate Khakhra Dessert Pizza

You need:

  • 2 Millet Me Bajra Khakra
  • 1 Millet Me Date Almond Chocolate, melted
  • A handful of Millet Me Black Pepper Banana Chips, crushed
  • Chopped nuts to finish

Do this:

  1. Spread the melted chocolate over each khakra like a pizza base.
  2. Scatter over the crushed banana chips and nuts.
  3. Let it set for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
