1. Boil salted water.
2. Cook little millet pasta 7–9 minutes. Taste at 7 minutes — it cooks slightly faster.
3. Reserve pasta water. Drain. Sauce immediately.

Sauté garlic gently in good olive oil — don't rush, low heat → add chilli flakes → toss with drained pasta + splash pasta water → season → finish with lemon juice and parsley. Complete dinner in 15 minutes.

Simmer light vegetable broth with turmeric, ginger, and garlic → add cooked little millet pasta → add steamed vegetables → serve warm. Gentle, nourishing, healing.

SIMPLE PESTO (light version):
